Thank you for shopping with Wired NYX Designs. We take pride in crafting each piece by hand, and we want you to love your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy below.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

~The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

~A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back. If your return is not approved, we will return the item to you with a clear explanation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take several business days to process and post the refund.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@wirednyx.com, and we’ll make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get the item you want, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

Repairs

Repairs or alterations can be arranged upon request. Costs vary based on materials (e.g., replacement stones, wire type) and shipping. Once repairs are completed and payment is received in full, your item will ship within 1–2 business days.
